Our production process includes routine quality checks at every stage — from raw material intake to final packaging.
Incoming limestone assessed for CaCO₃ content, impurities, and moisture before entering production.
Controlled milling to target particle size distribution. Classified and segregated by fineness to maintain grade consistency.
Stearic acid coating applied uniformly to coated grades. Coating level verified by extraction test.
Final batch tested for CaCO₃ purity, whiteness, moisture, and particle size. COA issued per batch.
